Being that I've only been in my apartment since November **** I am appalled at the amount of disregard this establishment has for their tenants. They do not take your requests seriously nor do they attempt to alleviate the issue promptly. I've sent multiple complaints about black mold and water leaking down into my apartment from an upstairs unit. There is absolutely no reason why my issue has gotten to this point but here we are. Being that I am a single mother from out of state, it is imperative that my living quarters are actually livable. Not to mention the unexplained price gouging that not only I have been on the receiving end of but other tenants as well. I've been nothing but patient and understanding but this is becoming dangerous for me and my child. Their only response was to spray bleach on the mold and provided a small area fan to dry the excessive amount of water in my kitchen hallway and my child's bathroom. The floors are so soaked that they squish when you walk and no amount of air from a SMALL fan is going to fix that. Once it dries, it is soaked again. They expect your rent on time and threatened to evict me if not paid. What am I paying for? Mold? An inside swimming pool?
