    We have been an Augusta customer for a long time. On the first release of their sublimation program, we ordered a customized sublimated jersey for our customer. We tried to re-order again last year but the Augusta team lost the design (not sure how they lost it). The mock-up they gave us was not the same as the original one that we ordered before. As time was limited, the customer decided to postpone the order because Augusta response was too slow. This year, the customer would like to try to order again. Thus, we provided with photos of the jersey that we ordered before so that they can correct the design or locate the correct design. They came back asking us to pay a mock-up (Ticket # SALE-******) re-design fee even though Augusta is the one that lost our design. We paid the $25 mock-up fee about 3 weeks ago and until now, we have not receive any reply. We sent multiple emails. Likewise, every time we call, they are closed or nobody pickup.

    I ordered Fully Custom Dye Sublimated Uniform tops in February. Some of the tops were too big, so I ordered 4 more tops in smaller sizes. Before I placed the reorder on March 28th, I asked CS how long production would take 9n a reorder. I was told it would take 5 days. On the 5th day, my order stated that it wouldn't ship until April 11th, 10 days after I placed it. I contacted CS again and was told reorders take 5 days. When I questioned why my order was taking 10 days, the CSR had to investigate my order. She responded that because it was Fully Custom, it actually takes 8 days. I tried to be understanding that mistakes happen, however when 2 CSR's give me inaccurate information, its hard to not complain. I requested a call from a manager. The manager called me and empathized with my situation. She stated she would call me back the following day to give me an update and hopefully a ship date before April 11th. Needeless to say, she never called back. I had to ask to speak with her again for the followup and she cowardly sent me an email instead of a respectful phone call. In the email she assured me my order would ship April 11th. Fast forward to April 11th at the end of the day, I ask CS again if my order will ship and all they could say was that its "scheduled" to ship. April 11th came and went and no order shipped. Presently, my order just says "delayed". The severe gaps in communication and the inability to adhere to deadlines, is why I am giving Augusta Sportswear a low rating. Clearly, they are outsourcing their dye sublimation to Mexico (where the orders ship from). They have zero control over production which causes them to give vague lead times and even worse custom service. I don't need apologies. I need accountability and for my order to be processed the way you are advertising it to your customers. Do better Augusta Sportwear and find a new facility to outsource your products from, or continue to lose customers like myself.
