              Date of bill: *********** Date Paid: ************ Amount billed: $50.00 Amount paid: $50.00 Account Number: ****** Billed for: No show / no call, for appointment on ** January, 2021 Reason for complaint: Appointment never requested, as stated by Zoe Pediatric. According to Zoe Pediatric appointment was created for **** medicine request, for my son. My son does not have, or had at any time ****, therefore there would not be a reason for anyone to call for such appointment. The only time that I took my son to Zoe Pediatric was four years prior, on**** September*****, but to another location, as the one listed on the bill. This visit was paid in full. I never called or visited Zoe again, as my son has a regular doctor in town. The $50.00 charge is an error on their part and I am seeking full refund. Zoe could not provide evidence of appointment being requested by me, or anyone else, for my son. I tried contacting Zoe multiple times with no success.

              Discriminates against ******** children. The Compliance officer does return calls or emails when there are issues. Some of the Doctors have restrictions on their license in other states and complaints in this state.
