    On Friday, August *** 2022, I purchased a ****** **** Vape" at the Smoke Life on *********** Road. I was asked to test the vape before I left the store which I did, and it worked. The tall man that worked there told me to take my receipt and if I have any problems come back. On Sunday, August *** 2022 the vape stopped working. It was 1500 puff vape. I only used a couple of times, they usually last me 2 weeks or more. I called the store with the issue and they asked if I had receipt. I returned to the store, and the lady told me all she could do was let me get another vape at 30% off. I did not accept, then she said 40% off. I asked her to call the owner. I spoke to Roi ****** and explained to him I wanted full refund. He told me I could not get a full refund, and told me only 40%. I told him that was not acceptable, I only had it for 2 days. He hung the phone on me and texted his employee and told her on the text for me to leave the store, and do not give me a refund or a discount. I told him that I would be reporting him to the better business bureau before he hung up on me. There was no return policy posted anywhere in the store that I could see. This business is taking people's money and has unfair business practices. I called again on ******* and spoke to Corey who told me that he's worked for him for 3 years,****************************************************** I have no other recourse than to submit a formal complaint.
