    "Every week it's something different last time they said it was my router and I need to buy a new router so I did guess what now they can't figure out why I can't get online they called me back had me un plug some chords wait around. try it again the next day same thing so I just threw in the towel after I think around 10 years it's just not worth you getting hung up with the world when these guys are the gatekeepers and there's no one to address it."
