            I've been at the District at Phenix City since *** 2021. The Gym has broken equipment, the gym is never clean. The public restrooms are damaged, the public restrooms are hardly ever clean. The Sunna hasn't been fixed. The pool is shut down for weeks at a time, due to cleaning or maintenance. The 500 building never receive maintenance like the buildings up front. Such as: pressure wash and leaf blower, from all the mowing, The area is always trashy. I've had work orders in since July, but no one came to fix the issues; the master bedroom ceiling fan is out and the garbage disposal needs to be replaced. The main office misplaced my key and changed my locks, to do maintenance, but no one ever came back.

            I have been calling, texting and emailing this place for MORE than a month trying to receive a refund for a deposit. I never moved in as the apartment became unavailable and when they finally called me to move in, it was well after the date I needed so I declined. I am due a refund. I have a statement and a specified time frame I should expect the refund however, its now been a just over a month and I can not seem to get anyone to answer the phone, call me back, reply to an email with an answer including the date I can expect the refund. I placed a review on Google and received a reply from "the owner" apologizing and asking me to call/email which I have and STILL I haven't received a REPLY, EMAIL, CALL OR REFUND. I did however receive an email saying they were going to LOOP yet someone else in BUT still, no other communication and certainly no refund in sight. I'm open to any suggestions at this point. I am happy I never moved in as they clearly have poor business ethics. I just want my money and to be done with this company.
