A friend recommended ******************* for help with my computer, and Im so glad he did! **** is always prompt to texts, phone calls, and appointments. Any time Ive had a problem he came by and usually the same day I called. His fees are very reasonable for the expertise he provides. He is a polite and honest young man who always explains the issue and how he intends to fix it in a way I can understand. He set up a back-up system for me in case the computer ever crashes which makes me feel much more secure since I am a writer and all my work is on the computer. Many times **** has just given me advice on how to fix a minor issue myself over the phone. He has assisted me with my computer and peripherals, my phone, and my music system. He works with individuals or commercial systems. Id highly recommend him to anyone.
