    Inquired about a vehicle I saw online and had a very quick response from ****. Whole deal done in less than a day. Easiest, least stressful car buying experience Ive ever had. **** is great and the vehicle is exactly as advertised. I recommend Expert Auto Group *** to anyone in the market for a quality used vehicle.

    Last week went to Expert Auto Group after seing my dream car listed..Chadi was waiting for me with a friendly smile, told him my credit wasn't that great but he had a positive attitude about everything, in 20 minutes or so my car financing was approved!! I been driving my beautiful car testing all it's features and today it's time to share my experience. Chadi was a perfect professional gentleman that made my car buying so smooth and comfortable! I still can't believe it!! It took less than 2 hours to leave the dealer driving my ************* GLC300! So happy!! I recommend Auto Expert Group if you are looking for a great car, great prices and wonderful professionals! Special thanks to the owner that made this possible by trading my old car, amazing service!!

He communicated very well, answered all of our questions, provided additional photos as requested, and arranged shipping directly to our home. The vehicle was better in person!     We had a wonderful expedience working with **** from start to finish. He was not pushy and very patient. We came back to look at a car we saw the day before and ended up buying something else that they received that day. The car we bought had very low miles and was in perfect condition, they have higher quality merchandise than a lot of the other used car lots. I will definitely be using them again for future purchases.

    Buyer Beware...They've had my money and a truck that doesn't run properly since I picked up, for 2 weeks. My kid almost got in an accident driving it home when it shut off at 40mph. ***** first question was "does my son know how to drive". When my wife brought the car in at their request, sha asked if there was a special manual for pick up trucks? The warranty is garbage..I have given them every opportunity to provide me with a reasonable product for my purchase, they have been unable to deliver...All I ask is to return my money so I can purchase from a more reputable dealership. If it's such a good truck, they can fix and sell to someone else...
