    BEWARE!!! I hired this firm to provide a kitchen remodel from design to execution and it was a horror story to say the least. From multiple measuring errors in the designs, to numerous visible damages, this firm is not competent and arrogant. They use a sub contractor named **************** who should be best known for attempting to repair new items that Kaizen damages. They pride themselves in "fixing" problems they created and / or damages. Furthermore both firms do not live up to the basic principal of owning your mistakes. They in fact damaged my new appliances by spraying paint on the aluminum doors accidentally but never let us know until we confronted them afterwards. To this day they have not remedied this damage. A 3 month $120,000 (not including $25,000 in new appliances damaged by ******************************* Built) remodel has taken over 2 years and is still incomplete. I have comprehensive notes and evidence of the "many" mistakes, damages, re-damages and uncooperative behavior of these 2 incompetent firms if anyone is interested. I hope this review at a minimum compels you 2nd guess using them on your project.
