A Vehicle Type greater than 33 Pax may be cancelled, with full refund, up to 384 hours (16 days) from the Departure. Any reservation(s) cancelled within 240 hours or 384 hours, respectively, from the Departure, are non-refundable and non-transferrable. A reduction in service hours, or downgrade to a smaller Vehicle Type, within these respective timeframes, is considered a cancellation.
