"This school seems sketchy as far as financial aid goes. They tell you that you received an amount of financial aid and if you do the math it should more than cover it however you still get a bill and they say financial aid didnt cover it, You cant speak to anyone in real time, you can text or email and you get a response several day later that doesnt answer your questions or you book time for a call 2 months in the future." ... "I’m writing this review to share my experience with Capella University after being administratively withdrawn from the FlexPath program, despite clear efforts on my part to follow guidance and improve my academic standing. I submitted a formal appeal and grievance citing: Miscommunication about academic deadlines Misaligned academic advising A lack of real-time opportunity to clarify concerns Emotional and financial harm from being withdrawn without disbursement of financial aid funds Even though I passed courses I had been advised to retake and was actively working to return to good standing, Capella applied internal billing deadlines that were not clearly communicated and used them to justify my withdrawal." ...
