• Advertising Review:

  BBB promotes truth in advertising by contacting advertisers whose claims conflict with the BBB Code of Advertising. These claims may come to our attention from our internal review of advertising, consumer complaints and competitor challenges. BBB asks advertisers to prove their claims, change ads to make offers clearer to consumers, and remove misleading or deceptive statements. 

  The BBB had previously challenged a “Buy One Window Get One Free” offer on 7/15/2025, that was found on ValPak print ads and website. As of 9/5/2025, this offer was removed from the website and no longer offered.

  On 10/20/2025, BBB contacted Feldco regarding their ”2 For 1 Windows” promotion that is currently advertised on their website (https://www.4feldco.com/ and https://www.4feldco.com/promotional-details) and YouTube page (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M9hKN8KIZWE). The BBB requested that they discontinue their advertising in order to comply with the BBB Code of Advertising, specifically Section 14. This rule applies to businesses that sell products or services at prices determined through negotiation, rather than at a regular fixed price. When pricing is reached through bargaining, such offers can be misleading to consumers, as they do not reflect a consistent or standardized value and may create confusion about the true cost or benefit of the promotion.

  As of 10/28/2025, The BBB has informed Feldco that the “2 for 1” offer and “Buy One Get One Free” offer has the same meaning and it does not meet the BBB Code of Advertising. Feldco has provided a response to the BBB that this offer will continue to run until the end of November 2025 when their promotion expires. If and when the business no longer advertise this promotion, this report will be updated accordingly.
