    In May 2018, after 16 years, ******* Building LLP replaced the roof on our ranch style home. ***** was very quick to respond when we contacted them, which is one reason why we contracted with them. This past March (less than 6 years later), the winds reached 75 mph and a couple of the roof peak shingles blew off. My husband tried calling them 4 times and left clear messages with explanation of problem and to call back. No one ever returned our calls. Since then, additional peak shingles have blown off. So I recently sent an email to ***** and have had no response. I saw on ****** reviews that another client who had their roof replaced in 2016 had the same problem and actually sent pictures. I just think that their warranty for wind damages up to 130 mph is a joke. They're pretty quick to replace your roof and take your money for that, but just don't call them to repair their shoddy work.

    We have had Brocks work with us 3 times. The first time was after a storm when a tree fell and hit the the back of our house damaging part of the roof and ripped off the gutter. They came the next day and did their assesment. The house was repaired within a few days. Then we had them reshingle the roof of **********, again pleased with job and timeliness.One year later we had the house roof reshingled, the house shingles treated to inhibit **** growth and install gutter guards. The workers were respectful of our property and the prices for the jobs we found to be very reasonable.
