This company underbid the job based on the capabilities of its employees and then the employees abused and damaged my property in the move. I was quoted $954 and ended up being charged over $2400 for that move. I moved from a 2 bedroom condo to a 3 Bedroom home, both on a single ground level. I had an additional truck for me to load extra items I had planned to move myself like extra boxes and fragile items. After seeing that, they decided not to fully pack their truck and then thought they would just add it to the other small truck I had on-site. What should have been a 4-hour job took them 11 hours! They then unloaded everything in my garage and did not properly stack the boxes causing damage to items in the boxes. I have photos of this. They damaged an antiqued marble table by chipping the marble and scratched the wood on the table, then broke off the base to a TV tray stand and the piece was nowhere to be found, turned furniture on its side that did not need to be so then when put back upright the drawers were jammed and could not be open on several pieces. On top of that, I have missing items that cannot be found anywhere. Total disaster of a move in my opinion and I have moved several times with other moving companies. This was the worst by far. I would never recommend them to anyone.

We estimated this job with an hourly estimate based on a standard two bedroom condo move. Upon arrival, it was quickly obvious that is was more than a standard two bedroom condo worth of contents. The owner called the homeowner to advise that we would work as fast and efficiently as possible but it may go over the estimated time. The homeowner gave us permission to proceed. The additional truck provided by the homeowner was a necessity due to the extra unexpected contents. All things said, a 26ft moving van plus customer supplied truck was loaded/unloaded. After, a partial refund for the team taking a break, etc. due to the long move. There was no reported damages or missing items from this customer.
