    avoid doing business with this company. They engage in dishonest practices and collaborate with contractors to extract as much money as possible without keeping you informed, Their lack of transparency and respect is alarming, they used questionable tactics to maximize the insurance payout without my consent, and the public adjuster ****** from ********* never communicated with me about the additional claims submitted, they take advantage of people who lack experience with insurance claims and those who doesn't speak the language, their actions are predatory targeting vulnerable individuals who may not fully understand the process of their rights

    Were disappointed by this review, especially given the facts:1- You worked with the contractor of your choice we don't recommend any contractor to homeowners.2- We handled only your original claim, got it approved, and you expressed gratitude for the outcome.3- We did not file any additional claims, so your accusations are entirely false. If you believe otherwise, please provide proof.Your issue is with the contractor you chose. We advised you multiple times to replace them and have documentation to support this.Please note that if these defamatory statements continue, we reserve the right to pursue legal action.

    Great company they go above and beyond for you! I never had time to deal with my insurance company especially when they never answer my calls. Proactive took care of everything for me and got my claim approved! Forever grateful
