              Company has not complied with facilitating the necessary signatures needed from the buyer to complete closing of the sale of a property. We were scheduled to close on 05/04/2024, ServiceLink Texas, LLC has yet to complete the necessary steps by working with the lender and seller to complete the closing documents and related signatures needed to close on the home. Agent assigned to file is rude has not been responsive on moving the account along in a timely manner not following up with buyers loan company and realtor to provide updates on the status of the closing.

              Continue to litter our home with flyers and stickers on our windows. Have harassed our rental tenants and tell them the house is in default and should look to move.
