      12/20/22 I purchased 6 tickets from this company for a one way flight from ******* to ****** for 4/1/23 for $1680. As I was attempting to check into the flight the day prior my reservation was showing it did not exist. I spend an extensive amount of time trying to contact this company to resolve this issue and they continuously kept pushing me off and blaming the airline when the airline was saying it was cheapbestfares that canceled our flight. Eventually we learned from delta this company was an unauthorized agent and not permitted to issue tickets and violated circumvention rules and ticketing. We ended up having to repurchase new tickets through delta airlines on 3/31/23. After this incident I began the request for a refund. They initially agreed to refund me, but then never sent the money. I then contacted *********** for assistance. Cheapbestfares told *********** they had a no refund policy for cancelled flights, even though we did not cancel the flight. cheapbestfares violated the rule and Delta cancelled the tickets and refunded the money back to cheapbestfares. *********** then refused to help any longer. After a week of back and forth with the company the company agreed to give me a partial credit of $908.40 on 7/3/23 that can be used up until 7/3/24. I am now trying to contact this company to use the credit. I tried a few numbers which are now out of service. Eventually, one person did answer to say they had to verify the e-credit and would call me back. I am now trying to contact the company again for an update and am unable to reach anyone.

      We booked flights back in February 2022 to fly from ******* to ********** on 7/7/23 we weren't able to keep the flights as the original reason why we were going dates changed and we couldn't make the new date. So I called as the original person I spoke to when booking said I could cancel at any time and get my money back. Well when I called they said they could only credit me. I wasn't happy but was ok with that. My original price I paid was ******* they are only crediting ******. I tried to get on their website today and call and both aren't working I am now out all my money and credit. This is a horrible business practice I am seeking my full refund.

      I used the site to shop for an airline ticket. They had the best price (about $500). I filled out the required info, including payment. 10 minutes later they call and say the ticket I purchased is no longer available but they have another one that is similar to the day/time of the first one, but it costs twice as much ($1100). I say no, cancel the transaction. The rep says hold on while I look for more discounts I can apply, then comes back and has a slightly lower priced ticket ($800). I say again to cancel the transaction. The rep gives me a short speech about how the price market is in real time and I can check it for myself and see thats they are offering the best price. I tell him to cancel the ticket and transaction. He comes back with another ticket option for around $700. I tell him enough is enough and I want the whole thing cancelled. He finally cancels. This seems like a bait and hook attempt. I will be watching my bank acct closely.

      I purchased a flight ticket with this website few days ago hours later I received an email asking me to call the selling agent I did call them and they said the price I paid is not available after getting a confirmation email from the agent and also from the airline also the agent try to sell me tickets for literally double of the price I paid and changing my travel dates then I asked them to cancel everything few days later I got another price alert that the price went down for the same travel date I want it and the same thing happened I purchased the tickets and the same story happened I got and email asking to call them the excuse was exactly the same price is not available and the agent again insisting to sell me tickets for double of the price on different dates

      I am rejecting this response because:is obvious that they are just giving some source of excuse they know exactly about my issue and in their website you can find the same issue with other customers also I want to add that several days after this situation my credit card number was compromise with some fraudulent activity and this was the only place where I used the card so also this business should be investigated in reference to this

      I purchased a flight with this company. I didn't receive an email confirmation. I have a screenshot of the purchase and it says in process. My bank account has been charged more than the original cost too. Now i am finding out this company is a scam. I called and they won't cancel my purchase and assures me there is nothing wrong but will not send me the tickets. There was another man in the background yelling about a fee to cancel. I searched up reviews once I didn't get the confirmation and they were all saying company has scammed them too, same way. When I called the man kept saying wait, give me a minute but wouldn't say anything to me. At that point I pulled up my bank account and watched as the transaction was posted as we spoke. It was like he was waiting for the money to go to him. Please help.

      I book a ticket yesterday, and it was confirmed but pending, I texted their customer services and they told me it will take 4 hours to be approved, after ******************************************************************************* that the price doubled. that is an illegal scam, nobody cares about stopping those scammers, I lost another day waiting for those scammers to confirm my ticket

      We have checked your reservation and found that, it never went through and was declined by the booking engine. Therefore, you never received the confirmation email with e-tickets. We tried our best to validate the information provided by you at the time of booking.

      The fare cannot be the same because the fares are dynamic. As the booking did not go through, the amount was never charged from your card. We have mentioned the booking terms and conditions in the email that was sent to you stating that the booking is not confirmed.

      I am rejecting this response because: That is straight lie , they do that all the time ,even they called me that the ticket is not longer avinable the ticket is still online waiting for next victim , they using click bite what is illegal , they have very low price online to get clients and then switch the price when the client make purchase , that is illegal and the sxplanation is just not real and fake , so they can keep scamming people freelly .

      There website allows air ticks bookings. They get your credit card info and tell u one price then call u saying it will be double. They don't honor there pricing. I had to cancel my credit card. They originally told me it would be less than $600 then on the phone were trying to charge over 1k

      I am waiting now since March 2020 for an official refund from Goway/Cheapbestfares. United cancelled the flights due to COV19. I received a future credit from United which was useless due to the restrictions. Due to the latest changes I asked United to use the credit but was notified that the ticket trader GOWAY requested a refund in my name. Cheapbestfares is excusing the delay due to missing response from United. United is excusing that they refunded according to the requestor. GOWAY does not know anything. I had now several conversations with the travel desk support hotline from Cheapbestfares with the typical excuse (My supervisor works on it, We will call you back, please wait 48hr for response, the refund process will take 1 week). They are doing a ****** scam under ************. Several US citizen are effected by their scam

      **Cheapbestflights.com are a scam. My brother died earlier this week and I had to buy a ticket to **************. I booked with Priceline but found a cheaper one with cheapbestfares.com!! They called me after the time to cancel and told me there were no open spots on airplane and I had to go with more expensive ones and I paid almost double on flights from Quote!!
