They did the same to me .. Im in that back and fourth process .. I gave them $3,000 and Im still waiting on that phone call.. I believe I got scammed .. Im going to try and dispute this with my bank and hopefully Ill get my refund..I have no idea why they lets people like this get away with this. Try to dispute with bank or credit card company and them copies of the emails and receipts..

Outstanding communication and quality product. Additionally, was much less expensive than others. Absolutely recommend you do business with them.

September 2021 I had played a $199 order then later upgraded to $1099 .so no refund was received yet as of December 22 I signed a refund document and was told in numerous emails (32) that my refund was on its way . For weeks I got Friday checks go out . Well this is now Feb 7th 2022 still no refund. My card expired so I am not able to get a refund via card so I requested a check. I even got "we had to reissue a check.. lol that's a joke . Excuses are all I get. Why do business owners get away with this. It is very simple . A refund is a refund . I've decided to take it to another level. Do not have any thing done. This place is a joke. I will not stop till I get my refund.

I ordered a headstone for $199.00 on the evening of October 29th 2021, the money cleared my account on October 30th. I canceled my order on October 30th due to a change in plans and they assured me of my refund, I even had to sign a paper to get it confirmed. It is now November 29th 2021 and I have yet to receive my refund! I have sent countless emails with zero response. Is it possible that this "highly revered" company steals people's money? This is 2021, it does not take a month to refund a customer

Legacy Headstones is a HORRIBLE company. Do not waist your time. We ordered a headstone May 15, 2021, approved the design and paid May 25th. they replied it would be 6-8 weeks. We emailed them for status of the purchase on 7/15, 8/9 and called numerous times leaving voice messages got no return calls or emails. Almost 3 months after we paid they finally sent an email that they were out of the stone. They offered us a different color (which would not match my fathers stone), we declined, and asked when they expected the correct stone back in stock. On 8/13 they replied with a no eta on the granite ****. In that email they included a refund form. We executed the form and sent it back in US mail 8/14 after a week we resent it Certified mail. We called many times to check the status of our refund, like usual no return calls. We felt like we were scammed. I talked to an attorney about this whole nightmare. He suggested we try again letting them know we would seek other alternatives to get our money back. The refund finally hit our bank account on 9/15, ending the Horrific 4 month experience. **************** has no service. If we could rate them lower if we would!We ordered a headstone from another company and received it in 6 weeks.
