I encourage storm damage to my roof basically it came down to the point where I needed the ************* of my roof replaced with shingles only and the underlayment I hired kangaroo out of **** to do the job they came to the job and left upon them leaving I went out and looked they had smashed my gutter helmet over top of my gutter and also ripped the wire out of the side of my house cooled it up and stuffed it in a **** the agreement I believe was for them to have a dumpster on site what they did is left the tarponyard and that's where they placed the debris from the roof when they left for the evening the tarp blew and debris went all through my neighborhood I have received numerous complaints from my neighbors about the debris they've been picking up since the contractor was here on July 27th I've been in constant contact with the contractor after I found that the bottom row of shingles on my roof was not removed the section up under the gutter helmet when the first representative from kangaroo came I directly asked if that gutter helmet had to be removed and his reply was no after the job was done and the gutter helmet was damaged a representative from gutter helmet came to my home and inspected the gutter helmet he is the one that found that the shingles under the gutter helmet had not been replaced I contacted kangaroo and spoke to the owner and basically was told that they did not have to come off and he was not going to do anything about it at that point well here in the state of ************ there is a requirement to put ice and water protection on the roof from the ***** up past the wall line two feet it was impossible for the contractor to install that water ice barrier without removing the gutter helmet and shingles in a conversation with the owner he said that they do not obviously they are trying to put one over on me because they knew that the icing water barrier needed to be put on the roof p
