BBB Serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming (located in Fort Collins, CO) is growing our team and have an immediate opening for a Sales Representative. This is an opportunity to consult with business owners; helping them build their online presence to stay competitive in the marketplace, while demonstrating a reputation of trust, credibility and high quality service. Success in this role requires a results driven mentality with significant time on the telephone. Sales Representatives are vital in supporting our growth by qualifying leads and contacting business owners to invite them to apply for BBB Accreditation. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position - weekends and evenings are not required.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Deliver presentations to business owners/decision makers in a pleasant, professional and confident manner over the phone and in person.
  • Explain benefits of BBB Accreditation clearly and concisely
  • Meet and exceed targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis
  • Learn and use presentation materials to effectively explain BBB's services
  • Ability to prospect and qualify leads

  • Be a person of honesty, ethics and integrity
  • Possess strong energy and desire to achieve top results
  • Be highly motivated and dependable
  • Have previous experience with business-to-business sales and cold calling
  • Possess the ability to effectively manage time and establish priorities
  • Must possess computer knowledge and ability to learn and adapt to internal databases and website enhancements with new online opportunities and benefits

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

  • Work includes primarily in-office sales with occasional in-person appointments
