In September, 2021, I booked a family trip 2/202, and paid a deposit to authorized ski.com agent, who was working with Jennie. At booking in September, I was assured in writing ski lessons would be secured. I emphasized this requirement from the start, as I am a single mother with two young children who have never been skiing, and planned to drive 6 hours from ** to *******. It was confirmed to me in writing on September 15, 2021, that the lessons would be included. Only after I paid my final payment in January, 2022, less than a month before vacation, I was informed ski lessons for family were not available. It was made clear from the beginning and confirmed they would be, emphasized to representative in September, 2021 and acknowledged by her in writing. This experience seems like a classic bait and switch, taking my money months in advance, then saying it is non-refundable. I am happy to forward the confirmation I received in writing in September. I contacted Ski.com for full refund. They claim they are family and customer friendly and this is how they treat a single mother with 2 kids? Shame on them for this deceptive business practice.
