Get anything and everything in writing with these slum lords. ******* and ****** are liars who will let black mold and mildew rot Their properties up. They prefer to deal with squatters who pay rent under the table so they dont have to maintain their properties 5 weeks with out a washer fix thats festering old rancid water with a wall building black mold behind it, 3 months without a damaged door repair and 2 years of grievances with multiple tenants.. AVOID AT ALL COST

They run a real-estate "business" through this company using the name "laramie valley realty" and pretending it's an accredited business when it's actually just the personal rental properties of the owner, Arsenio L****. He does not maintain his properties and uses illegal methods to force his tenants out if they ask him to keep the home in livable conditions. No one will do anything about it though, because he is rich and has half of our corrupt police and courthouse in his pocket. He misrepresents his properties entirely and will lie about what will be done. When we signed, we were promised a fence would be up by the time we moved in. Instead, there was no fence, there were multiple curtains or scraps of fabric left over windows and soaked in animal urine, multiple pest infestations, including rats and a hornets nest, and he left literal bags of garbage and a bucket full of cigarettes in the home. When asked to fix the situation, he called us "ridiculous". When the fence finally started being built (aost 5 months into us living there), our tools went missing from inside of our house. They reappeared when the snow melted because the "contractors" he had "hired" had gone into our home without permission, taken our tools, and left them scattered in the backyard before it snowed without ever telling us. A lot of his positive reviews are left by family members. His property manager, Sydney, refuses to communicate.

Trying to get a refund on a deposit for medical reasons been trying to get ahold of them for 3 months. They said the would refund the check. Now they won't return calls or pick up.

Laramie Valley Contracting has been excellent to deal with. In late November we were trying to close on a house with a bad roof. During this time of year most roofing contractors in southern Wyoming won't even return calls but, Arsenio not only returned our call he inspected the premises several times and worked with the seller's realtor and our own to help us close the deal. Arsenio gave us a quote and we agreed on a price and settled it with a handshake. Afterwards, when we were finally in the house, he coordinated with us and mobilized his crew onsite to replace our faulty roof. His guys showed the highest work ethic and despite some unforeseen challenges the work was completed on time and at the original price quoted. In this day and age some companies offer quotes that aren't worth the paper they are presented on, it's good to find a company that stands by its word. Arsenio still believes a man is only as good as his word. I highly recommend Laramie Valley Contracting.

I used them to replace my roof in Nov ,2018. I have had to go on the roof several times to pound in old roofing nails that the installers failed to remove before installing the new shingles. In addition, they did not replace the drip edge which allows melting snow to leak off the roof before getting to the rain gutters, which were installed without adequate flashing. Very poor workmanship. I regret ever having been associated with this company.

They are not organized at all in their office and is very frustrating.
