This is my interaction with Greening Up Landscape. Greening-Up Landscape was hired for landscaping services in our subdivision. I do not recommend this company to anybody. Impossible to work with. The area towards the end of the Approved Landscaped Common Area, became a heavily neglected area with weeds all over, spots with no grass, dead weeds, dead branches, lots of debris especially in the fall. There are also trees along the Approved Landscaped Common Area and our property that have branches are overhanging our property. There is an oak tree that has some sort of disease going on as well. There is a hole in its trunk. Negligent care and maintenance of this common area allowed shrubs to overgrow. This area became an Altered Common Area that nobody wants to take responsibility. The maintenance was not done according to the map of the area. Greening Up, owner Jorge R***, has never replied to my emails nor replied to my phone messages. We also wrote our review on ****** and ****. Apparently due to the fact that the HOA paid this company we cannot file a complaint with BBB.

With all respect: We were hired by the HOA and the Property Management Company to perform the landscape maintenance of all common areas within the community. Within the common areas there’s a specific area designated as Natural Reserve Habitat which the HOA and Property Mgmt Co asked us NOT to touch due it’s reserved status, and besides there is no irrigation going into that whole area. There’s a small spot within this area that neighbors the lot of the homeowners that filed the complaint During our 10 year tenure doing the maintenance on this community we have never groomed that spot because of being within the Natural area, and we understand that the homeowners are in a dispute with the HOA and the Property Management Company regarding if that spot should be groomed or not. Regarding the tree branches overhanging into their property, also we completed the work as established in our contract, which mentions that we are to trim tree branches up to 10 feet from the ground. We did that across the community, the branches they are referring to are over 15 feet from the ground and the Property Management Company told us that they are hiring an arborist to trim those and other trees at the community that are taller than 10 feet. We believe that it is unfair to qualify us or more over file a complaint referring to our work when we just follow the instructions received by the HOA and the Property Management Company that hired us, if those parties tell us that we need to groom that spot, we will gladly do it immediately Finally, we were also asked to restrain from communicating with the homeowners as the dispute is being already handled by their Legal Department.
