Our inspection was on time, thorough and the inspector was very friendly and helpful. The report that was created was extremely detailed and very well put together. Our Inspector, Joey W*********, at Scott Home Inspection was terrific! He did a thorough inspection, spent plenty of time going over the summary and answered all of my questions. We found Scott Home Inspection’s service to be timely, professional and courteous. The inspector was the same and clearly a subject matter expert. Finally we were very satisfied with the interactive report which was easy to use and was provided promptly so that we met our aggressive deadline! The inspection was comprehensive, all my questions were answered, and Scott Home Inspection provided a written report for reference later. Everyone from the person who set up my appointment to the inspector were efficient and informative. I’m so happy my real estate agent recommended Scott Home Inspection. It gave me confidence in my home purchase.
