I agree 100% with Theresa and wish I had seen her review before we hired them. Their professionalism is poor, their communication is poor, and their work is poor. All of it is extremely poor. (Don’t even get me started on the permit and lack of blue-print that we had to mitigate) We paid a lot of money for a fairly simple job, and my husband and I are now fixing it. We weren’t given any choices on anything in our basement refinish and when I asked questions, they were insulted. I have white walls with white cabinets and white quartz counters in the basement. It’s hideous. (And it took probably 5 months ). I have to repaint it all. The carpet is very poor quality. I approved the actual color, but the carpet itself is terrible. I wasn’t able to pick the laminate, the vanity in the bathroom, the shower, etc. They left a window in the basement without the screen wide open over a weekend. They left my garage door open (when they had the code and nobody was home) when they left. They ripped my screen on the window. They didn’t show when they said they would. They walked in after hours without notice. They left a mess in my powder room on a daily basis. Ew. They didn’t install a clothing rod or shelf in the closet. They brought buffalo wings down to my newly finished basement and ate them on the new carpet. They parked their trailer with expired tags on my property and used it as storage. They took over all parking and blocked me in almost daily. They blasted their music while I was home working. I could go on and on. To top it off, they “cut” metal right next to my Range Rover parked in the garage. There was an empty parking space right next to it. They also cut the quartz right next to it. Bottom line, DON’T HIRE THEM. Let our terrible experience save you from one. We are filing a lawsuit for these reasons and at least 50 others. I wish I was exaggerating (I have 4 daughters and they put their safety at risk multiple times) call seven 2 zero 8 five 4 4 one eight 6

Well, I have the text messages and the emails that you and I exchanged or from your husbands and you were reaching out to me at noon midnight and after all the explanation I spend it two days with you talking about the sign in the bar. Everything was going well, we finish the job you brought food you brought wings you told us to feel free to eat. We also clean your house which I told you that three of my guys were allergic to cats and even though we went to proceed your work you say you were going to keep your cat out in a safe room my guys had really bad allergies and rashes because I told them lets continue working. Lets get this done but everything was fine into you wanted me to do or claim that I did some work there because you wanted to do insurance fraud which none of us agreed to and thats when you gave me this bad review , but as well thank you for this review and this explains that no matter how many good things you do to people they were always stab you in the back because we did nothing but good things to you guys we remove the snow from your cars from your driveway you told us we can leave our trailer in the driveway that they were snow problem but everything went bad when we told you that we were not going to complain to that insurance fraud that you wanted to collect the money from and blah blah blah but thank you and I appreciate your business

Wow! And now you have proven to be extremely dishonestyou are a flat out liar. Insurance fraud? Insurance for what? There was zero talk of any sort. And we have one cat that was *************** in a bedroom. Always. I never let it out because you guys were always going in and out of the garage. And the cat had never even been in the basement. Sign in the bar? What sign? We dont have any signs. And nobody ever discussed eating in our house. Ever. This is a great example for everyone to see that you are very unprofessional, immature, and not to be trusted. You arent worth any more of my time. I just hope my review helps out others
