I bought 2014 Chevy Silverado In July 2023. There was a little paint damage and the salesman reassured me that it would be taken care of. However weld county garage dropped the ball almost immediately. I never heard from anyone ever again. I made calls to them only to get told by the sales man that he apologized and really “dropped the ball” on this one….again nothing more after that. I finally called again last week. Please keep in mind we are now in September and paint has obviously peeled more. Finally reached someone who set me up a day to take my truck back into weld county garage and said it would be a couple days to do the paint repairs. That was on Monday the 18th. Again never heard from anyone. My wife works in the area and happened to drive by there and noticed that the paint job was even more peeled. I go into weld county garage to find out that their repair man was not able to do it because it ended up being more then he thought and stated a repair shop would need to do it however they will now only cover the two doors and nothing else that was already there on the vehicle before I bought it. I was told I would have to pay the rest out of pocket because the manager only said they will cover up to 1600. Here we are today no phone call about where my truck is going. My wife went In The business to find out that not only is the truck not being sent to a body shop yet but we would have to wait another week, drop it back off at weld county garage and be without a vehicle for another 3-5 days if not longer. My biggest frustration is weld county garage stopped caring about our sale the minute we drove off. Now my truck is worse off on the paint and not only am I out of a vehicle when I take it back they are not covering all the paint damage that was there before I bought the vehicle. I will have to pay an additional 1600 for the repairs. I am Not happy at all about the service from this dealership. I would like ALL repairs to be covered not half.
