We first used a local pest company to get rid of bats in our attic, they made promise after promise for 2.5 years and we still had bats. We did a lot of research and found Get Bats Out! From the 1st phone call and the first visit by ****, we knew we were finally in good hands. **** was on time, very thorough, very professional. We have an extremely high pitched roof and he spent hours on it being sure every opening was sealed. He installed 3 bat doors which the other company said could not be done in our type of attic. Since **** completed his work its been about a month and we have not seen any more bats or any signs of bats. We finally have peace of mind. Im No longer nervous to go into our attic.If your dealing with bats cut out the local pest control companies and call Get Bats Out! They are an amazing company to work with. We highly recommend them.

First rate company who were willing to remove bats ?? from my home quickly in order for me to be able to sell it knowing that issue was resolved. They also made sure that the home was sealed properly so that the bats would not return.Get Bats Out (Live Removal) Response

Very good service from knowledgeable professionals. Our tech John took time to explain the biology and habits of the bats that were in our attic and how they would remove them. He made a thorough inspection of the house and identified possible entry points. Devices were then installed at each entry point which permitted the bats to exit the house but not go back in. Once all were gone he permanently sealed those areas and to date we have seen no further evidence of bats. Work was done when promised and for a fair price. get Bats Out did a memorable job of taking care of the problem in our house. WHAT THEY DID NOT DO WAS PROVIDE OUR INSURANCE COMPANY WITH COPIES OF OUR CONTRACT AND PICTURES OF THE BAT INFESTATION . Unfortunately I paid the entire bill which I would not have done if I had known Get Bats Out would not complete their responsibility in this situation. MY advice; Do not pay your bill to GBO until you have made sure they have completed their responsibility regarding the entire process.Get Bats Out (Live Removal) Response

I just would like to compliment the way Eric and his wife Erica handled our bat situation here on Cape Cod. They were very professional, courteous and patient in explaining all the different options we had. In the end we were able to work out a plan that more than met our immediate needs. Along the way they were very good at communicating their schedule and keeping in touch as each step progressed. I have been around a long time and have worked with many contractors. Get Bats Out, Inc. was the best! We had a bat problem about 10 years ago where they would actually get into our living area from the attic and fly around. Scared me to death. Earlier this year, I did not see any bats but I was concerned that they might come back into the attic. My husband did the research and found Get Bats Out, Inc. I contacted them and explained our situation. They came out and talked to us, took a tour around the house and up into the attic. We had two very experienced men come out, walked all around the house, got on ladders focusing on possible openings and bat guano. They only found one potential opening. The first step was to insert a device that, if there were bats, they could get out but not get back in. Once they removed the device, they sealed the opening so none could get in and guaranteed their work. What a blessed relief that was for me and my peace of mind.
