This dealership is a complete fraud , I put $3,000 down to hold a pickup that was supposedly in transit from what the salesman said and then two months later I asked to be refunded because of personal reasons and not getting the pickup in the timeframe I was promised. No paperwork was signed or anything and they will not refund me. I will be taking legal action. They don't deserve one starReview from Zach M

I spoke with two salesmen at King over the phone they were nice enough. I was attempting to purchase a Sierra 1500 AT4 they had on the lot. I was told that I did not need to put a deposit down because the truck was pulled over to service to get tint and clear bra put on. I had an appointment to drive from Denver to Loveland in the afternoon. Me and my family were headed in when one of the sales people called me to tell me that the truck was sold. As if he was trying to make the situation better he told me that they would not have given me what I wanted on trade-in for my existing truck. When he gave me the number, he was $25,000 under trade-in for the truck. Then when I said it was a ridiculously low number, I was hung up on. I would never recommend anyone buy a car or truck from this dealership. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

While I understand your frustration, it did seem as though we tried to explain some of the outstanding variables involved with your potential specific deal and why we would not want a deposit before seeing your trade. As far as your trade-in, it seems like it was lost in translation that your vehicle had a lift. Again that it certainly something that we apologize for not being more accurate about. The special nature of your vehicle should have been more clearly articulated that it would not be inventory that we would keep because it was not our brands and the high dollar amount for such inventory. Finally, after reviewing the call, it seems like both parties decided that the time to end the call was mutually agreed. I am happy to speak with you further about your experience if you would like. I purchased a used 2009 GMC Yukon from King Buick GMC on 4/24/21. I did not pick it up until 4/29/21 because it needed a part fixed due to play in the steering which is fine. My problem is when I started driving it home I noticed the play in the steering wheel was still their and it was not fixed. So I took it to a **** ***** repair shop to see if they can find the issue and get it fixed. I also paid them to do a full inspection on the vehicle even though I was told King Buick Gmc does a very thorough inspection. Well what a shocker! I got a call from **** ***** on 4/30/21 and they gave me the list of issues they found. They are: Play in the drive shaft Dirty break fluid Calcified serpentine belt Upper and lower control arms Clearly this dealership is just trying to rush cars out asap without proper inspections being done. I paid 16500 for the vehicle and that is with a price increase to cover the parts they replaced in the steering wheel. Then another 3900 to fix what the dealership chose to ignore. The car I brought had over 100k miles on it but that does not excuse the lack of a thorough inspection I was told they do. Stay away if you want to buy used.
