This company's service department is Absolute crooks and even To their great efforts which I will add that they are trying to do better this is show I'm not completely disgruntled all the way even though I should and do have absolute reason to be you see I brought my dream car to them to have them work on it they had the vehicle for over a month did not perform any work to it and started demanding their loner Vehicle they provided me this as well as every super dealership does. their loner vehicle courtesy vehicle they gave me for for temporary use while the car was in the shop Free of charge!?!???? Well it absolutely was not free of any charge or charge or charges and even being double charged for things and also being charged with 2nd degree aggravated felony theft of a motor vehicle To go along with the storage fees they were trying to charge me upon having my vehicle there which was worth twice as much as the loner vehicle they were providing who in their right mind would trade in their dream car which they knew I told them I was very proud of owning a ****** as most ****** owners are however this company is running the brand of ****** into the ground with With their practices and utilizing local law enforcement too Try to I too get someone not to Sue them for lemon law. So they slept charges that carry 3 years prison sentence no matter what even if it's your 1st defense in Colorado I was a aerospace defense defense engineer and mechanic about to start working for a ***** ****** when all this occurred so I was sidestepped and totally lost for what to do Upon jury making multiple contacts and a very inappropriate unprofessional childish maneurism And harassing me while I was in the hospital with one of my children with a life threatening issue going on and he knew this and he still kept calling my phone multiple times demanding loner car back promise me that I had a rental car in its replacement waiting there for me paid by the insurance which was a lie I borrowed money against the loan of my vehicle that they had that they were holding ransom to get the gas money and leave my child that was in the hospital to return this vehicle because I was being threatened Of the police and I was going to be interned in for theft of a vehicle of which they gave me the keys and permission of operation of operation of up until return of the vehicle of my vehicle being done in service However they've changed this in the contract somehow However Jerry didn't realize when you react as a file it does another footprint on to the actual incident or document your creating I'm seeing that he went in and revised and rechanged all of Tanner's input and even fabricated And double charged me for stuff that was from the previous person they've Loaned the car too. And they had not cleaned it out from that person there was dog hair over the back seat and I got charged for it. May I add a note on that that ****** is a supporter of the **** ********* foundation for animals. Appears to me their dog haters are the way was not my dog hair and I should not have in should not have been charged for it there was also a coin person there that contained $6 well where I come from $6 is $6 the honest folks are the on honest folk. After receiving the car I realized that this was in the vehicle as the loan paper of the better person and their personal information so I drove 25 miles away from the dealership area this time I noticed this I turned around immediately and took that coin purse back and the paperwork to the dealership upon inquisitive thought that the person that owned them would have been looking for them soon And we're just trying to do the right thing from the big ghetto of dealing with this company However back to the story so I drove away from my daughter at the hospital and got money loan to me paid out 400 some dollars to get the vehicle back so I didn't get so called false police report put on me which occurred anyways because I used the opportunity to interact me as I as I arrived in Denver there was a bad car record on I 17 anybody that knows and goes to Denver knows this is just a normal thing. I was in complete communication contact and have the phone calls recorded to prove it that brave to prove it that I was communicating all this events happening to the car dealership Jerry and then Mr. Bill as wel! Upon getting through the wreck and having to give a police report because they accident happened to be right in front of me But upon making it to I 25 to make my last track up to 4 columns a large hailstorm came through and took out Colorado Mills area mall so i protected the vehicle by parking it under a building off a spree. Street downtown Denver. So after the storm passed at this time it was past the time for the dealership was closed I called and communicated that that I would be there 1st thing in the morning they agreed I woke up at my hotel in ******** and Broomfield with police searching my loner vehicle And confiscating everything out of it As so called evidence in fact they gave me my registration back upon getting my car back 2 weeks later after they got their loan or car because they are holding my car for ransom for a service or for for storage feesI got the evidence bag with the police correct collected for some medical marijuana I had in the vehicle beautiful and even had the medical marijuana in it. However I was on vacation and I had a gun's fly fishing gear camping gear all brand new and none of it was left in my car when I got it back my pistol I'm especially pissed off about. Obviously very upset about the vehicle as well I finally obtained my vehicle back that I dropped off for service that was being worked on through insurance company and opening and had the car Located in the very backshop with battery disconnected and a relay taken out From under the hood I'm a mechanic for 15 years plus. And already know that it was the Ignition coilRelay that they had removed and had to replace and put back for the car to be driven out of there But not before the police showed up to try to arrest me for a stolen vehicle on upon showing up 2 weeks after they got their vehicle back and I was there getting my vehicle for cone's police department tried to arrest me for this however I was a bit more On the up-and-up of what was occurring and how I was being done wrong and maliciously pursued For malicious prosecution to avoid lawsuit for a lemon law. I Read hundreds of reviews on ****** and it shows to show their sales department is outstanding apparently however however Jerry and the service department is is absolutely unprofessional And is a liability to the company However I received the car back unsafe to drive but being so far from home I had no choice because a tow truck would have cost thousands of dollars And because they took all my stuff I didn't have my credit cards or my driver's license to be able to rent a trailer and truck from u-haul. The way they treated my family member whisper that came in there to help me obtain my vehicle back because they were holding it for ransom for bogus fees and really just trying to lure me there to get me arrestedWhile my poor daughter was just winning her dad at the hospital with her cause she was scaredI took the vehicle that day from the ******** left me in my service animal to be out on the streets with no money no credit cards for 4 days and 3 nightsAnd extended my stay in the Colorado several weeks out pastSo in record I lost my job alsoAnd having pending charges of theft so subsequently made me lose my position of possible hire at ****** ****** aero space n defense. I am currently still battling and trying to fight my charges but because of covid happening and unfortunate situations before due to courts courts putting unlawful unlawful requirements on me made it made it to her I'm unable to take care of my case criminally for wrongful Arrest and prosecution And imprisonmen I would have wrote on here sooner in fact I thought I did but apparently didn't post however I was ****** up a lot of The Times before covid for covid due to this case being on me and being expedited back from other States too Colorado multiple times now If anyone's dealing with this company and you hear the name Jerry run make sure you have your keys and you're not b****** in with other company vehicles so you can't leave where your vehicle is not parked around back and hidden like some sort of movie I've gone in 60 seconds gone Bad there is also more events happen than I can put in here but that's a good gist of it and how their business practice is in their service department at least for sure my car also had been joyrided because I had a Cobb tuner in the vehicle and can look back at vehicle history report
