1/8/2015 I had the clip on my phone holster break. Went through the process of filling out most of the information over the phone with a very friendly rep and subsequently submitted the pictures of the evidence to them over email. Replacement arrived 1 week later (over the holidays even!). Easy, Effective, and No Hassle. Simply one of the best customer service and warranty experiences I have had. Definitely sticking with Otter Box in the future.

12/5/2014 I have had the part break on my belt clip of holster 3 times.All 3 times I went through the warranty procedure with pictures . And every time without question of any type I was promptly sent a replacement within 3 days . Unbelievable quick and true warranty.They really stand behind there product.Would highly recommend there products to anyone and I do.

10/10/2014 Excellent customer service. My otterbox iPhone case was almost a year old and had a small crack in it. I contacted otterbox through their online customer support, followed the instructions for a warranty claim. Within 2 hours (on a Sunday, no less) I received an email stating a brand new case would be shipped to me at no charge. Always had otterbox cases, this is the first one that had an issue. Great products, even better customer service.

9/24/2014 I've had my original Lifeproof case for my iphone 5 for almost two years, when over the course of time and wear and tear. The seal around the screen broke free, which would allow water to access my phone to potentially damage or destroy it. I contacted Lifeproof about my issue and had a no questions asked hassle fee warranty claim processed with a new case sent out the next day. I've dropped my phone in horse troughs, had it in my pocket during extreme rain storms and not soo much as a drop of water came in contact with my phone. I am a Lifeproof customer for life.
