BBB Serving Wisconsin welcomes four new Board Members to its Board of Directors

Better Business Bureau Serving Wisconsin (BBB) welcomes the following new Board Members to its Board of Directors: Deric Clyce, Director of Investor Relations of SARA Investment Real Estate, William R. O’Toole, President and CEO of Catholic Financial Life, Dan Schwarz, Certified Public Accountant of Schenck, S.C., and Gary R. Swick, President of SWICKtechnologies.

“I am very pleased to work with such strong business leaders who volunteer their time to assist in the mission of supporting ethical business practices throughout Wisconsin,” said Jim Temmer, Better Business Bureau Serving Wisconsin CEO and President.  

The Board supports the work of the Better Business Bureau Serving Wisconsin and provides mission-based leadership and strategic governance.

Deric Clyce as Director of Investor Relations of SARA Investment Real Estate, works with Accredited Investors, Wealth Management Advisory Firms & Institutional Investors. He joined SARA in 2013 and, prior to that, held roles in sales and sales management for more than 20 years in the financial services, printing and healthcare industries.  Most recently he’s held leadership roles with Xerox Corporation, GE Healthcare, and Healthgrades. Deric received his bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University.

William R. O’Toole as President and CEO of Catholic Financial Life has over 30 years of experience in management, focusing on strategic planning and organizational development.  Bill has extensive Board experience, including current service as Chairman of the Board for the American Fraternal Alliance, headquartered in Chicago.  Bill has earned his Board Leadership Fellowship through the National Association of Corporate Directors.  He received his bachelor’s degree from Marquette University, Milwaukee and his MBA from Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee.

Dan Schwarz as Certified Public Accountant of Schenck, S.C., is a shareholder and member of the assurance services practice team and has nearly 20 years of experience providing audit and accounting services to a wide variety of businesses. Dan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a B.B.A in Accounting.

Gary R. Swick as President of SWICKtechnologies employs over 20 people dedicated to high quality technical support for their client’s computer technology. Gary has spent more than 30 years honing his skills in business technology and client relationship communications.
