Their quoting, ordering, drawing preparation and details resulted in two perfectly fitting window well covers. The assembly welding was professionally applied and clean. The powder coating finish was applied very uniformly and will protect the covers for many years. I highly recommend the Window Well Experts Inc.

I had a positive experience, including such aids as I needed to take accurate measurements of the window wells for which I was purchasing the covers. I wish I would have known about this place earlier. I have had to replace my window well covers almost every year (cheap cover from local hardware store.) Once I found this place, I followed their detailed but simple directions to measure the window wells, and 1 month later I have new covers that I believe will last forever! Excellent experience! I ordered a window well kit, including the well, cover, ladder, and window. When my shipment arrived the window was cracked during shipping. However, after contacting them they sent me a new window pane asap. They are quick to respond and help with any issue that arises. My only issue would be with the shippers used, they dropped off the shipment without notice which did not allow for inspection and were the reason for the cracked window. The process of working with this company was fabulous from start to finish. This was my first time working with them and they didnt disappoint me one iota. From the start, they helped with the selection of which window well would work best. Helped get the proper size ordered and it was shipped quicker then they said. We purchased a home in August 2021 and the cover was just falling apart. A friend told us to stop in as we live here in Walworth, we did they told us what measurements they needed. We got them, they had one in stock and gave directions for installation. Took home and installed with ease. Will recommend to neighbors and others.Window Well Experts, Inc. Response

We recently moved into a new house, which had broken, faded, and non-functional window well covers. Some internet sleuthing and I come across Window Well Experts. Excellent communications during the ordering process (good instructions on measuring), excellent installation instructions and video, shipped with no issue and installation was a breeze. Much higher quality than you can find at store "X", and strong enough for the 2 grandkids to stand on!!Window Well Experts, Inc. Response
