I bought an idle controller for my **** **** F-350 tow truck. Upon receiving I found to have gotten a defective unit. The original seller is a third party website. So they claim no responsibility. The maker of the controller I received thats bad argued that at one point hes rarely ever seen these go down to hes never seen one malfunction to its only happened 1 time ever. Theyre chalk full of lies, and keep them coming. All I have requested is a replacement item be sent out. They refuse. They only wish to give me a refund at my expense. They refuse to tell me where to Sunil labor costs. Their website stated it was a direct plug and play unit. Now they claim its not and was falsely advertised online. They are next to impossible to work with. Hopefully you guys can further assist. Thanks for your time also not that in the emails he states he updated the sale ad or whatever his word were that meaning the ad initially stated that it would work on my truck no issues then AFTER my problems he changes it to they WONT work with a manual transmission. They want me to put more switches into my truck to fix and by fix I mean patch the problem. They wont stand behind their product at all and have treated me with absolutely zero respect
