Today 5/15/23 my husband went to their warehouse to pick up tile for a floor we are having done. A gentleman first greeted him and was very pleasant,. Then, a gal took over and handed my husband a document to sign. My husband started reading what he was signing and she interrupted and said just sign here. He told her he will as soon as he finishes reading it. He turned it over and she said (in a very irritated voice) it says the same thing on the back side sign here. My husband looked at her and said we have not had a very good experience with your company so far. You have the opportunity to turn this around. She told him I don’t know why they let you order this tile because it’s not even out yet, and she repeated it twice . That is not our issue that is a company issue and should not be taken out on us. When he did leave to get the tile, the gentleman helping was very nice and my husband let him know that he is the nicest person we have dealt with so far. 5/12/23Wish I would have researched the company before using. We asked installers to leave all old sinks and faucets. They did not. We needed a part from the old sink for the garbage disposal. Talked that night to the manager and he said he would bring it back early the next morning as we had no sink for the kitchen. Well, Mike never showed or responded to the messages left on his voicemail or texts. I went out to our garbage cans at 7:30pm to find the sink sitting there. He never called or texted or knocked on the door to let us know. We did not get any of the faucets we asked them to leave either. One more note, I read a review from a woman who installed a quartz backsplash behind her oven and because it is sensitive to heat it burnt. She had their designers help her and they did not warn her. Well, they know the exact model we purchased and it is a low profile Sam the gal helping knew this and never warned or suggested not using it for back splash behind our stove.
