Had a "splash" pool installed this spring followed by nothing but problems. Everywhere the pool had a water connection was leaking after many calls with zero communication on the stores part the leaking was finally handled! Then the filter was not working correctly and found out the kids who installed had put the top of it on incorrectly and it was finally replaced. It took 3 times to submit water samples and never really got a good answer on any of them. The sand was not level under the pool so the water is considerably deeper on one end and the base was never straightened so there are folds in the liner. And to top it all off where the workers walked in the sand base the footprints are obvious on the bottom and my dolphin cleaner isn't able to clean those areas. Lack of communication from this company was and still is unbelievable. Recently I am having problems with my pump, left a message 2 days ago and still haven't had a response. I would steer anyone thinking about using this company far far away from them. Poor installation with no remedies offered and even worse service.
