Renew Roofing replaced our home first week of November. Water leaked into my living 6 weeks later. We had two leaks they checked out by the within a week. It took two weeks before that labeled it ice dams. They said they would remove the ice dam, but we would have to pay for that. We opted for another company since they were not reliable to show up when they said they were and didn’t want to risk waiting longer to be taken care of and wanted it before leaving on vacation at the end of the month. The roofer that removed the ice dam found multiple issues with the roof installation ranging from torn up flashing, exposed wood from lack of flashing, and improper installation. It leaked the day of ice dam removal and leaked a month later when it rained (no snow or ice left in worrisome area). They stated we were told multiple times to take care of the ice dams and it was our fault it leaked into the home. We proceeded with a home inspection and 3 other roofers from different companies, who all have stated poor workmanship and multiple areas where water could leak in. They waited almost 6 months before having someone from their company to come out. They came to fix a few areas, but still claimed it wasn’t their fault for the leaking and refused to pay to fix the interior damage. The guy who came out stated that the exposed area was the cause of leaking. I have reached out to let the owner know this, but have not heard back. All the while this has been going on, my boards have rotted under the trim along with rotting under the shingles because my roof is “squishy” to walk on. I am also waiting on a check for the damage done to my flashing that they do not take care of because they don’t deal with stucco. I understand mistakes can be made, but that’s why there’s. Warranty. I am very disappointed in Renew Roofing as I trusted them to give me the roof my family and money deserved.

They declare in their welcome that they work with the insurance adjuster and scope when working with hail damage. However, they never sent the adjuster the contract, the estimate and then when I texted to hold off on a third roof and gutters, they misled me thinking they were in contact with insurance. I had to do all their communication. They weren't, and refuse to cooperate or communicate with insurance. They will push to finish the contract and then sue. You will end in court with this group. I texted in writing to stop work, 3 days before they started as contract says, they pretended they didnt hear and did the work, then sued me. They never called, checked on the project, never communicated. Be careful, get second opinions and every thing, every thing every thing in writing. Be ready with lawyer.

This company went above and beyond when my home was hit by a hail storm. They were prompt to come out when I called. James, our representative, was very knowledgeable and experienced in the industry. He walked us through the entire process with great detail. The company as a whole was great, any time I had a question they were quick to respond. The crew was very efficient finishing our roof project in a single day and clean up was spectacular. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I'd give them a negative star rating if possible. They installed our roof incorrectly and when we pointed it out, they ghosted us. Went through GAF warranty and they sent it back to Renew giving them 14 days to respond. Still nothing. Fighting this battle going on 2 years!!! Do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction.

I have had an excellent experience with this company. The easy of communicating with them and the work that was done was done very well. The cleanup was so good it was hard to even notice they were even there. I highly recommend this company. They responded quickly and their help with my insurance company was excellent. Thank you for their care and excellent work and customer service.

Terrible customer service. Owner is incredibly rude. They didn't start when we were told they'd be there. It took them 2 weeks to remove their garbage trailer from off our lawn after they said they were done. They threw out all of our gutter leaf guards and did not replace them as they said they would. Left a huge mess and broke the cover to our hot tub. Two years later and we're still left with a $5000+ punch list that they never finished, including ripped up fascias exposing raw wood. In the end they never repaired the leak in the roof which was the main reason we needed to install a new roof in the first place. "
