We purchased a home February 2023. We are highly unsatisfied with the service provided. Realtor, Meronicca, had a lot of paperwork errors which caused us undo stress. There were errors in the *** listing for the sale of our previous home. In the purchase of our new home Meronicca was given information from sellers realtor that not all deer stands were going to stay on the property. Meronicca did not relay this information to us. We did not find out a deer stand was going to be removed from the property until the final walk through. Due to this information not being relayed to us we lost value on our property. Meronicca made no attempt to remedy the loss. The sellers were not going to follow through with their written agreements as signed in contract to fix certain defects in property within timeline written in contract. It was extremely to get Meroniccca or the ******* Realtor team to advocate on our behalf. No one seem to think it was an issue for sellers to not adhere to their written agreements in contract. After closing Meronicca made us as clients feel we were no more than just a paycheck ending all communication once we signed paperwork for purchase. Issue arose post closing and Meroniccas response was rude.
