Was on time and fast. Was a lot more costly than what was originally stated. Fix to Sump pump and bathroom faucet, outside faucet. Was almost $1,000 But overall happy with the results.Review from Mark and Donna R

Had sub pump replaced tech had to come back second day to put backup pump in both days my wife and I asked what total cost is both days was the same upon completion the second day we payed in full are bill even states zero balanced owed payed in full. Not happy with my experience. Still waiting for a refund! Asked what the hourly charge was and said it depends on the situtation. Well my tub was leaking through my ceiling. I had taken out the ceiling and had temporary boards up. He took the boards down and He said the drian needed to be re-caulked. He took a call from his wife twice while being there for 40min. As im holding the drian pipe from underneath the tub so it can be done right. Plus the constant text coming in on his phone. Yet i was charged for $115 per hr based on his 8yr experience. Really? Then he should no better. Very unprofessional. Got charged $70 for service fee $15 for material and $115 for the 40 min. So over $200 from him to put putty under my drain while I held it in place and now I still have to put the boards back up. Good thing i changed my own water heater elements for under $15 the day before!Review from patricia d.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review on BBB. I am very sorry your feel this way. Let me provide a bit more information. When flushing a can down a toilet, unfortunately, we needed a special drain cleaner to attempt to resolve the issue. The Tech. was able to create a miracle by doing this. Quite often large items get caught in the trap of the toilet and the entire toilet needs to be replaced. The **** came to $233.00 to include tax which sure seems fair, given the Technican needed to drive to your home, assess the situation, and provide a service to resolve an issue that could have been quite a bit more expensive. I really do apologize that you feel that the costs were too high, but drain cleaning equipment is very expensive. Thank you again!Customer Response

you charge for travel to check out the problem $69.00 which is fine then $109.00 per hour labor thats ok to my issue is you charge $25.00 to use an auger which I feel should be in labor to me its like hiring a ********* and him charging you to use a hammer get my pointReview from Marilyn G

Thank you to Brett for a friendly and professional visit to check my noisy sump pump. He replaced it with a new pump with a quiet check valve since the sump pump is located right under the master bedroom. Thank you to Sara for her help on the phone and with the bill.
