      Service was good, making an appointment to replace a faucet went ok. However, when I asked about approximate cost for a new faucet, they refused citing the dependence on which faucet I chose. When the plummer arrived, he had only 1 type of faucet (Delta model number 300-DST) and told me that it would be over $500. If I wanted anything different it would have to be a special order. I decided to have it done as I would be charged for a second service call ($59) if I got my own faucet. While he was working on it, I saw that the EXACT same model sold for less than $105 (assuming the most expensive one found... others sold it for around $60). I was very upset and need others to watch out for this practice.

      During the summer of 2020 I called Druck's because they were the company who installed the air conditioning system with the previous owner. I had them disconnect and reconnect the unit while we improved the landscaping around the home. about two weeks after they were at my house the system couldn't keep up with maintaining the temperature in my home and I called for further service because it appeared something was not correct. Each visit required a $60 service fee just to have a technician come to my home. The technician on site said there was a possible leak but he would not know with out running a test that would cost an additional $600. At this point I've already paid $500 plus just to have the system disconnected and reconnected and now have someone come back out. They added more freon and charged the system for $375 and we opted not to have the test done because I knew if the system faltered again we'd know there is a leak. The technician left the wires connected to the house uncoveredband uninsulated so this spring I called a different heating and cooling company to service the machine as the AC was again not maintaining temperature in my home. The new company immediately found where the leak just by walking up to the unit he could see the hole in the pump. The whole thing was repaired, insulated, and working properly and the total bill was less than $500.

      Scott, we’re sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. We have been in business over 74 years and pride ourselves on the quality of our work. There are a couple inaccuracies’ in your review that we would like to clear up. According to our records, we did service the previous property owner but did not install AC unit as you stated. Last spring we did relocate your system at your request and provided upfront pricing prior to doing so, and you agreed. At that time, the unit appeared to be working correctly before we left and refrigerant seemed ok. However, due to the temperature, no guarantees were given. When service was requested in July, we found that the unit was low on charge and gave the option to test the system with UV dye to determine where there may be a leak and you declined. Although we wish you would have contacted our office with any questions or concerns you may have prior to leaving a 1 star review, especially since it has been a year since we’ve done business together, we’re glad to hear your system is currently working.
