            Filled out online form for getting a quote on 9/6/23 Was provided the quote on 9/14/23 According to Bartelt I signed and "Submitted" the quote on 9/21/23 They contacted me on 9/24 about setting up a time to do the work I called twice on 9/25/23 at 9:44am and was told they were busy and would call back later, they never did so I called again at 4:18pm that same day and had the conversation about never sending in the contract and that it was a mistake that they shouldn't have it. I then cancelled said contract and that was it or so I thought.-Received an Invoice on 10/20 or 10/21/23 in the mail for 10% of the original bid that I don't feel I am obligated to pay. They did not perform any work on my driveway.

            I have used Bartelt Enterprises for several projects. ranging from a full resurface and of a parking lot, to sealcoating and lot marking. They have been nothing but the utmost professionals in all of my interactions with them. Everyone from the salespeople down to every crew member have made me never regret my decision to, not shop around. In fact In have told many people that they are the best contractor I have ever dealt with for any service start to finish. I will continue to make them my only call when I need asphalt work, or related services in the future.****
