Orders to PO boxes are not accepted.
Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via standard shipping only.  Allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.  If you wish to send a perishable product, please read the description to see if it is approved to be shipped to an APO address. If you select a non-APO approved product and have it shipped to a 3rd party expediter, our product guarantee is null and void. does not guarantee products that are shipped to other countries via a 3rd party expediter.

Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.  (Holiday exceptions are available).

Should a perishable item not meet our customer's satisfaction we can replace it with a like item, offer a credit towards future purchases, or refund the item purchase price, excluding shipping charges.

Should a nonperishable item not meet the customer's satisfaction we can accept returns for exchange, credit towards another purchase or refund via original method of payment, excluding shipping charges.

If you wish to return a product that was defective or if we shipped the wrong product to you we will gladly reimburse you for the return-shipping costs.
