I took my car into get it serviced and have parts fixed that were covered under warranty only. They took it upon themselves to fix other stuff and charge me 950 dollars. Than refused to release my car to me. When I told them I never gave them permission they told me to bad. I had a rental car because I needed to get to work. Now they are telling me a week later they are digging my old parts out of the garbage and putting them on my car. Plus now they want to charge me 65 dollars a day for the rental. I never agreed to have parts replaced. They were going to charge me 500 for front brakes. So now Im going to have random parts put on my car they are digging out of the garbage. Charging me 65x4 for a rental car that I was told to take until I talked to the manager. Never was told I was going to be charged for it due to there mess up!!! I only wanted the warranty stuff done! They had no right to fix anything without my permission and than charge me for something I didnt agree toReview from Blake V

Stay as far away from this place as you can! Their service department will lie to you to get your business, their technicians break more than they fix, and then they will double the price they told you originally just because they can. And you'll STILL leave with a broken vehicle in need of repairs. Try calling for updates and nobody returns phone calls or texts when its over a day past when I was told it would be done. I would have been completely screwed had if I didnt have access to a 2nd personal vehicle of my own. They also couldnt be bothered to even take it through the car wash as I KNOW this is a thing they normally do. As a past employee of theirs and "current" customer, I've never dealt with a worse dealership in my ********** FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!! Don't buy into the lies of the ****** warranty either. They will look for any reason to say the repairs are not covered by the "bumper to bumper" warranty you pay extra forReview from Peggy O

I just wanted to share our experiences with Bergstrom in Appleton. It was fantastic. The service Advisor Gabe *. was wonderful and very polite. Our oil change and inspection was done in a timely manner and we were on our way. We have had the same service with our Sprinter at Bergstrom Mercedes with Hailey and Patrick and at Bergstrom GMC in Green Bay. Their service department has earned our future vehicle business!
