      We placed an order on 12/4, we were told it would be delivered to our home for installation by 12/18...that did not happen. We have been given various reasons. We were told a label was printed, we were told it was stuck in ******, we were then told it was in a container that had not been offloaded, we were also told it was still in "production". We purchased through *********** All of these responses have been both through Springs Window Fashions as well as *********** no one seems to have a clear answer and the frustration is that we went with blinds because we were told by ********** that it would be 21 days and our blinds would be installed versus us waiting on shutters...a choice we regret had we known how bad the customer service is.

      I have a repair of a window shade (Repair # *******) that is under warranty. The shade was originally purchased through ********** in late 2020. Per instructions from ********** on 13 Oct2023, I got in touch with Spring Window Fashions, LLC which owns **** and followed their instructions and used *** for shipping (cost of shipping was on me the customer, which was costly) and shipped on 13 Oct2023. I called Spring Window Fashions approximately a week later and the customer service agent confirmed it was received and repaired by search by the repair number (listed above in this review) but was pending shipment back to me. I called another week and a half later on 06Nov2023 and the agent said she could no longer track further return shipping status and that she she required the original shipping *** (shipping to them) in order to track the status and the repair number was no longer sufficient to track return shipment status. I no longer have the tracking information for the original shipment and have no way to know if I will be able to get my shade shipped back to me. It is now 3 weeks since I had the shade shipped for repair with no tracking of status on my returned shade even though it was confirmed received and repaired. I post this review so that other customers are informed before deciding to pay for expensive shipping with no guaranteed return of quality product. Spring Window Fashions business practice is suspect in my humble opinion.

      I have reached out to our manufacturing facility and confirmed that the shade is in the repair process and is estimated to ship out of our facility tomorrow 11/8.  Once shipped I will send you the tracking information.  The shade will take about 3-4 days in shipping.

      Installing these blinds has been an absolute nightmare. A handyman with over 50 years of experience is so frustrated and had to spend hours designing a system to hold the blinds as the brackets provided did not work. In fact, when the blinds were put up in the brackets provided they fell out and almost hit me in the head. It was SO difficult to get a contact for the company. In addition, instructions for installing were severely lacking in several domains. For example, instructions say that YOU determine which is the front and back of the curtain. That's kind of ridiculous....one side is silver - should this be on the outside or the inside? Should it be in contact with sun or not? I would expect that these type of details would be worked out. I have had to pay for HOURS AND HOURS of work to get these blinds installed, and they are still not up. The handyman has had to DESIGN A COMPLETELY NEW SYSTEM to hold the blinds. When he first installed the brackets, the blinds fell out and almost hit me in the head. This is completely unacceptable for CUSTOM blinds. I am so disappointed and I would like my designer to know as she works on many houses and with businesses - to not trust or order from Spring Window Fashions. These blinds were expensive!!! I expect that if I pay this much I should have a product that is quality. It absolutely is not. Designers and patrons Dash do not use this company. The customer service is poor at best and the blinds are dangerous. You will pay a lot for custom blinds and then have to pay more to have them fixed.

      Ordered two sets of blinds, the first set arrived in late May as expected and when we reached out to them no one could tell us what was going on with the second set. We have received various versions of where the other set is including "we don't know", "it is ready for shipment", "a shipping label has been printed", "it will be shipped on x date (2x)" and the latest "still in production". I wouldn't be mad if there was a supply issue or QA issue and they communicated that to us but the customer service for this company really doesn't seem to have a clue about what is going on and only regurgitates random responses from a script.

      If I could I would give them a -0 rating. The blinds that we bought in November and were put up about the beginning of December worked fine for about 30 days then the motor on one of the three blinds failed. I contacted the Home Depot store where we initially got the estimate for the blinds. They assisted me in contacting the manufacturer and I went through a great deal of frustration trying to get the blind replaced under warranty the store also tried to help me but was given the same response I was. The product could not be ordered through them because I had only had the estimate done up by The store and I had ordered them through the Home depot.com. Finally with the assistance of the Home depot.com service representative I was able to get this worthless company to agree to send out a new blind, they assured me ( and Home depot.com) that the blind would be delivered to my residence by 3/27/23 when the blind did not arrive by 3/29/23 I contacted the Home dep.com service center again they did some research got back to me and said that the Springs Window now was saying that the initial delivery date was not 3/27 but 4/27 the .com service representative and I disagreed with them since we have documentation of their 3/27/23 delivery date. This company has now stated that they are out of material and that my blind will not be produced or mailed until 4/20 and then I can look at possibly getting it by 4/27 I cannot believe the amount of hassle I have had with purchasing a very expensive motorized blind through a reputable company. I cannot hold Home Depot.com at fault they have been very helpful. It's obviously Bali Blinds that has dropped the ball numerous times their service representatives where rude and unhelpful. I finally had had enough and simply hung up on them because of total lack of care or understanding regarding the purchase of these blinds. I will never buy another product from Bali or Springs Window Fashions the parent company, I advice you avoid!

      We wish to commend Springs Window Fashions, LLC for what we consider a 'beyond what was required' response to our failed shade issue. In late 2018 and early 2019 we purchased several Bali motorized cellular shades through various vendors including Blinds.Com and BlindSaver.Com. The motorization components of these shades is warranted by Springs Window Fashions, LLC. Late last month one shade failed to raise or lower using either the remote or the manual 'program' button on the shade head-rail. The shades are powered by a plugin wall power supply. A power supply problem was ruled out by using a know good one. The shades are still in warranty so we called Springs Window Fashions support and they immediately sent a replacement end cap which contains wireless and motor control electronics. We received it within a few days. Replacing this component did not solve the problem so we called support again. The issue was determined to be the motor. However, motor components have changed since we purchased the shades so it was not possible to send a replacement or return the shade for factory upgrade. Springs Window Fashions volunteered to replace the shade. However, the cellular fabric of the shade was also no longer available and the failed shade is one of 4 shades of the same color installed on the same wall. Springs Window Fashions allowed us to pick a replacement color and is replacing all 4 shades! We are scheduled to receive them within about 2 weeks of placing the replacement order. We would like to commend Melissa, who happened to work with us on both the end cap and shade replacements. She provided a professional, efficient and timely response to our issue. Our sincere thanks to Springs Window Fashions for honoring their warranty in an exceptional way and for their excellent support staff.

      I bought multiple natural motorized blinds (thousands of dollars worth) for my entire house. First no one would install them, I got it COVID. Finally we did it ourselves with no problem. Then a year later, still during the warranty period, one of the blinds broke a cord and I called about repair. The answer I was given is that they do not make that blind, so they can't replace it. I stated I don't need a new blind, I just need the cord replaced and reattached. The agent then told me, we don't repair naturals, do not have a brochure on how to replace cords on the motorized blinds. What so now I have one window with a blind that does not work. Do not invest in their very expensive blinds unless you like redecorating your window treatments every two years. Rip off!!! So frustrated.P.S. I called twice and got the same answer

      Beware of this company!!!Talked to five different customer service people about our 1 missing blind of a 5 blind installation and received 5 different stories. Customer Service at this organization in my book is not even a 1 but rather a negative 5. I am now waiting over 2.5 months for one motorized blind/shade. If 4 were not already installed, I would return them all. Equally disappointing is LOWES, who continues to sell these blinds even though Springs does not have the motorization to fill the orders. Lastly, Customer Service is terrible--I have actual delivery dates for my single missing blind and not once has it arrived. I was told the blind was sitting on the dock for FedEx to pick up but 7 days later was told that was wrong and the blind was never made. I was told by Tamya in CS that my order was scheduled to run, they had EVERYTHING to produce it--she has been with the company for "years" and promised me it would ship--that was another lie. Talked to a supervisor last week who wants 3 more weeks and I agreed to work with them--I must be crazy but I do not want to waste/destroy 4 good shades. CONSUMERS, SERIOUSLY, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS HONESTY IS NOT THE POLICY AT SPRINGS AND TALKING TO A SUPERVISOR IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE.

      Thank you so very much for intervening with Springs. The "estimated ship dates" were not ship dates I was given. I was given specific days and once again, I was told the product was made and was waiting on ***** to pick it up. I am so happy that Spings is working on fixing this concern but it seems that I am not the first person to experience the lack of support from Springs. BBB, you did a great job and thank you very much.

      NO STARS. You only get one because I am forced to choose a star.Spent $8,000 on 8 blinds and the blinds don't work. I've replaced one motor. Now 4 don't work. I emailed got a response and when i replied never was contacted back. I wrote back multiple times. Even tried reaching out to their leadership team and got no response. The blinds are horrible. The lack of customer service is horrendous and now I am having to seek legal recourse. I've kept a list of documented experiences and at this time am only interested in a full refund.I've tried a replacement motor. Didn't work. I tried customer service and reaching out to leadership team. No response. Now i have to file with small claims court.

      Agree with Casey- There is a definite lack of customer service , would not recommend this company
