We hired the company, did 2 walk through's before they started. The cleaning crew did have many of the items on my list completed the first night. Though I know it can take a couple of times to get everything correct when you are cleaning a 7,000 square foot space, they did not clean any of the offices that are occupied even though there were names on the outside of the doors and our windows to our conference room were not cleaned - even though I stressed those 2 items the most. Most of our square footage is unoccupied and only needs to be cleaned once a week, though I was advised a thorough cleaning would be completed the 1st night and we would be charged more for the thorough cleaning. This was not done. Then I noticed that our office was not cleaned Thursday or Friday night. I called them Monday to find out what is going on and was advised they lost the master key to our suite. They commented multiple times that this is a rare occurrence like it was not a big deal. Needless to say, we had to fire them and have our locks changed due to security and possible breach of confidential information.
