      ZERO STARS BUT HAD TO MARK A STAR. Because everything that the family who needs care for their loved one says just gets twisted and turned around back at you. You always feel like dirt when you get off the phone and everything no matter how long problems persist they come back with some lame excuse saying that it is your fault your expectations are just too high. Also they like to always say, "that's trainable" they like to be really pushy and want to force more days on you than you need at that time because they want the VA to pay them much more then this company is worth. RUN and do your research before you choose a company. The best thing that the VA can do is just pay family members/family friends to take care of their loved ones because they truly give the best care because they do truly care. After my mom and I were conversing back and forth with Natalie every single time especially the last two times I have been so stressed out I have gotten physically sick, vomiting, not sleeping, snapping at people, and not wanting to do anything or go anywhere. Most times before they call you, you are truly having a good day (mood wise) and after being on the phone after you are trying to address a problem you have been having with the caregiver they flip what you say and pretty much tell you you are the one with the problem not them. You get off the phone and your good day just went to a terrible day.

It is clear by your review that we have not lived up to your expectations or our commitment to providing you with the care you were expecting and deserve. I would like to apologize for disappointing you. We take our commitment to helping others very seriously and I can assure you we are disheartened to hear that you were no longer satisfied with our service. I am confident in our operations team and caregivers and know they worked with you to try to make things better for you. If our efforts failed you, once again, I apologize.
