Christensen & Wisnet, Inc. – The Good Guys Heating and Air Conditioning **** * ********** ** Appleton WI 54913 **********************  In May 2022 my air condition from the early 1990s was no longer going to work and I knew the original 1950s furnace and 12-year-old water heater need to be replaced. I was very unhappy with our old service company. I research the best rated Heating and Cooling companies and called the top 4 companies. Anthony from the Good Guys was the only one to get back to me within a week to give me an estimate, he was there the next day! After getting the other 3 estimates his estimate was still the best for price, quality, and the service they would provide. They were also the only company that would get my new system installed in June! Homes come with all sorts of Heating and Cooling systems, and they date back to all sorts of dates. The Good Guy team knew how to assess my old system and were able to find the best products and installation for me. In fact, they first solved a duct work installation issue by worked with most the old duct work avoiding extra costs. Later when it was time to install my new heating system Anthony called be back with a better more energy efficient heating product saving me a few thousand dollars and also giving me a $500. Rebate! I must say what I was most impressed with was the service of the whole team. I loved working with them, they are the best service team I have ever had in my home! Each member of the team was great! They are very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and the results have been fantastic – everything works well. It I ever have a question, need a follow up or just need someone who listens and finds a solution for me they are there, always with friendly professional service. Use them! Cheers! I was in need of a boiler at work and received 3 different quotes. I chose the team at Christensen because of pricing, their response to my emails/questions, and their turn around time, even though they were farther out. I was pleased with their service and team. They explained everything thoroughly.

Our furnace was not working on a cold January morning. Christensen had a service person out within an hour. He was wonderful -- checked everything over, took care of the problem, and gave us some bits of advice too. I would definitely recommend them.
