    Hired them in March of 2022 to do our attic: take out our fiberglass insulation, air seal the attic, and blow in cellulose insulation. They finally finished the job in March 2023 after coming 6 times, caused damage to our property: broke our storm door twice and ruined the weather stripping on the door twice, ruined the corner of our living room base board, didnt clean up their messes and dust, caused water damage and black mold in our attic with their negligence. After one of their last trips up into our attic to FINALLY fix things, I noticed a shadow on our living room ceiling, and they didnt know what happened. Fast forward a month later and a giant crack extended across the living room because someone on the crew stepped off ********* in our attic, and broke our ceiling drywall. This nearly came crashing down in half of our living room (July 2023). So the damages have surpassed a year of their original work. Larson reimbursed us partially and has tried to "fix" things, I've lost track of how many times crews have come in and out. I want a full refund at this point! The pictures uploaded are the RECENT images. I have hundreds of other pictures over the course of the year.

    We reached out to Larson for a no fee, no obligation quote on some gutter repair. The process took a lot longer than anticipated and the person who showed up wanted us to call references on the spot. If we did, he said hed give us a discount. Im busy. I dont have time to dialing up strangers on the spot. Thats just an oily tactic. Next I had to sit through this power point presentation and video where he gives a schmaltzy spiel about the family business and so forth. I just want a problem fixed, I dont need the heart strings spin and heavy pitch. Then all totaled, the price for a gutter job was eye-popping! He wanted me to move forward with project but we need a quote to send to insurance. He quickly packed up and headed for the door. He was right there on his table but couldn't seem to email me the quote. He said hed send it that night or next day but never did. I contacted customer support 5 times and got dodgy answers each time and zero follow-up and still NEVER got the quote. As they say, the way it begins is the way it ends. I wouldnt trust Larson with this or any job given the heavy sales pitch and lack of follow-through. I imagine if there was a workmanship problem, getting them to address it would be impossible. I feel we dodged a bigger problem. We'll be going with another roofing company.
