I have them before to wire up and outoor GFCI outlet and they did a great job. The outlet ended up being faulty a couple months later and they returned promptly to replace it. This time I had an old door chime that wasn't working with my door bell camera as there wasn't enough power from the old transformer to be able to deliver the watts to both chime and camera. Garrett replaced the door bell transformer with a more powerful one and also installed a new door bell camera for me within the 1st hour he was here. Very efficient and well done work. Darren sent me a note the day before confirming the appointment, which was greatly appreciated. They are very fair in their pricing. I will be using them in the future for more projects.

Have used these guys before with good results, but they really saved me this time! Was in the middle of a kitchen remodel and the electrician my contractor was using was out the week we needed electrical done. Talked to Darren and he got his guys here right when I needed electrical work done. They knocked it out in less than two days and got the permit passed the day after, saved us from an extra week and half of living in construction! Darren is easy to get a hold of and always spends time up front help you think through where outlets, lights, etc should go. I appreciate that he tries to help come up with the best options available in a given situation. The team is great, they showed up, got to work and worked hard until the job was done. Contracted with Darren Kalal. Seemed like a nice guy. Signed contract for work. Rep came and did the work. Did the job. But according to Darren, it wasn’t what we contracted for. It was a 220 outlet for charging my car. That’s what they put in. But he charged an extra $100 because it was higher up in the wall than we allegedly contracted for. I didn’t tell tech what to do or where to put it. This should have been discussed when he was sent to do job. In short, Darren was obnoxious and rude stating he wanted more money and tech was super apologetic. Don’t use him. Nasty. And demanding. Gave him the $100. Wow. So sorry about your experience with me. I am glad however we exceeded your installation expectations both verbally and per our contract. You and I agreed to installing the outlet in one location and when I noticed the photo of where it actually was installed I was thinking that looks good and I understand why it was done that way but it definitely took longer and used more materials so I thought it fair to ask for an additional $100.00. You knew where the outlet was to be installed and while you were there watching my employee you never brought up why it was being installed in a different location. So maybe Im wrong but it seems to me that you are mad because you thought you were getting something for nothing. In the end you received quick turn around from the time you called for a quote to the day we did the installation and I your EV outlet was installed in a very workmanlike manner. Darren answers the phone when I call! That is rare these days for contractors. Not only that, he quickly came by the very next day to quote my residential service upgrade job. He was very helpful answering MANY questions both the day of the quote and the day of install. Darren’s experience is obvious as soon as you speak to him. His forward thinking and eagerness to share insights, tips, and tricks of the trade sealed the deal. The technicians installing the upgrade were equally as approachable and happy to share knowledge. I was having a hard time locating a company and/or contractor that is willing to help me with installation of Electric Vehicle charging systems in my new and under construction home. Lucky for me I decided to give a try to Integrated Building Systems LLC. Darren answered the phone and without any hesitation educated me in understanding all about EVs charging systems requirement and how to approach the installation of the electrical panel service box in my garage. Without hesitation Darren recommended that I proceed the electrical installation with the electrician of my home builder and if I have any future needs in EVs charging system to give him a jingle. I'm very impressed with Darren that he was willing to help potential customer more than trying to force me to commit to his business beforehand! Not only that I believe Darren is very honest person but also so very well versed in the subject of EVs and Charging Systems & Requirements.

Thank you for pointing out my commitment to people and not just my clients. I actually receive at least one call a week from a person who has electrical issues that are actually easily fixable on their own. No need to hire an electrician when I can simply describe over the phone how to fix the problem. I am glad to of helped!
