            I went to Glacier dental with a broken tooth. The dentist said the tooth could be saved and then pulled it out. I paid more than $300 cash. Then one of my visits, the dental assistant picked two of my teeth that took less than 10 seconds and said she cleaned my teeth. Then they were making a partial for me. Instead of starting with metal, the dentist used waxed. I heard her say use wax instead of metal. They have to use metal to make the partial but decided to do an extra step to charge more. Then when they put the teeth in, it looked like a five year old made it. I smiled and the metal was so think it looked horrifying. Then they put a strip on the bottom to hold it together and the dental assistant said I had to learn to talk again. I couldnt speak one word. I complained to Delta Dental. They charged me $1161 for a partial that size never received. Delta dental sent me a letter stating that Glacier Dental would take off the $1161 and refund me $446. Glacier dental sent me a ****. They wrote off $1063, leaving $100 for me to pay. Then they took my refund that *** have not received and put it in my charges. So instead of me getting the $1161 written off and a refund of $446, they say a I owe them $544.

            Went in for a cleaning and x-rays (2023). Mentioned that one wisdom tooth was sore. I spent almost $200 for them to tell me I needed all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. At Glacier it would have cost in excess of $1500.00 (with no insurance). Plus another $1200.00 for deep cleaning. Due to the fact I am so leery of dentist anyway, I got a second opinion from an "oral surgeon". The oral surgeon told me there is NOTHING WRONG WITH MY WISDOM TEETH. By him being a surgeon, he couldn't do anything for me. I went back to Glacier Dental to ask them why the DDS would lie about me needing the wisdom teeth pulled. They claimed it was a suggestion only (but I know the DDS came in the room and told me to get them pulled). Then I asked could I just get them cleaned for the $200.00 I had already spent there. They told me no! It was cost X amount more. I was not going to write a review at all but they called and left a message on my phone yesterday. The message said, "It has been awhile since we have seen you....."(I listened and laughed). I wonder why? I don't have money to just hand out for services NOT RENDERED. BEWARE, they are OVERPRICED and try to talk you into services you don't need. Always get a second and third opinion!
