I was falling behind on bills and was facing foreclosure and repossession of my car. I turned to United one for a loan. It took them over a week to reach out to me in response to my application. They jumped through hoops to be able to approve me, but they didnt understand my financial situation enough to approve me. Once they determined that they wont approve my application, it was radio silence from them. This is not the first time this has happened to me with them. It seems to be built into their business model that when a loan application is denied, they just ghost the person. I have since removed all my accounts from them and will no longer use them for any of my banking needs. I am not impressed now, nor have I ever been. STAY AWAY!Review from Joy T

Their staff have no customer service skills and are disrespectful and mean to customers. When I was talking to a staff member they wouldn’t let me finish my sentences and kept cutting me off and interrupting me. I feel discriminated against and they made me feel like a worthless person this is NOT how a business should be run. You claim to be for your members and customers and yet you treat them like crap when they come to you, not how a business should be run. Covid has been rough on a lot of people and they don’t care and treat you like a complete A*** if your even 5 days late with a payment. Can’t wait to have my vehicle paid off so I no longer have to use them anymore! Would give zero stars if I could! Would not recommend to even my worst enemy!!!!!
